ALL EVENT INFORMATION

A new edition of the Kereked Youth Cup –8th step of the 2019/2020 Eurosaf 420 Race Circuit– concluded yesterday after 4 days of competition on Lake Balaton, organised by Kereked Vitorlás Klub in Csopak.

Light wind conditions dominated the event, though they were not an issue to run all 12 races scheduled.

The Austrian team formed by Johanna Schmidt / Hannah Schranzhofer AUT showed an impressive performance during this days, winning 7 of races and getting the Gold position with 16 points.

Second and third place on podium were for the local teams formed by Máté Benyó / Ákos Horváth HUN and Janka Litkey / Hanna Noa Érdi HUN with 33 and 35 points respectively.

The first U17 spot was for Benedek Szücs / Ábel Batiz HUN with 42 units and ranked 5th overall.

The 2019/2020 Eurosaf 420 Race Circuit will conclude the next month in Kiel, Germany, with the Kieler Woche 2020, running from September 5-13 2020.
