George Davies & Timothy Hannah of Victoria lead the Australian National Championships after the first day and two races at Largs Bay SC, South Australia. They are a couple of points ahead of Samuel Gilmour & Adam Negri of Western Australia, who are 8 points ahead of David & Michael Arnold of South Australia. The leading women’s team is Carrie Smith & Ella Clark of Western Australia.

But, not only is this just the start of a five-day Championship, it looks as though there may have been an “interesting” 2nd race, with more than 20 DNCs. Among these are some of the leading Australian and Singaporean teams, including Justin Xiaman Liu & Sherman Cheng Feng Yuan (SIN) Angus Galloway & Alexander Gough (Queensland) and Douglas Shephard & Patrick Hutton (Tasmania), who were 1st, 2nd and 3rd in the first race.

The Results and other information may be found on the Australian 420 Class, South Australia 420 Class and Largs Bay SC websites.
