The venue is near to Barcelona, with its perfect location helping to attract 420 and 29er teams from Spain, France, Germany, Estonia, Denmark, Finland, Great Britain, the Netherlands, Slovenia, Norway, Switzerland and Sweden to compete.

The 420 fleet will see national sailors being joined by teams from Great Britain and Russia. A nine race series is scheduled with three races per day. The earlybird entry date has passed, so the entry fee is now EUR150 per boat.
