....day 2 of Measurement, with the prospect of the Practice Race for the sailors and a boat trip to the Old City to meet the Mayor for the chosen few (those lucky ones delegated by the Coaches and Team Managers to dress up for the occasion in this humidity!) and, tonight, the Opening Ceremony (also in the Old City). We await a forecast, but maybe a tad more breeze in evidence this morning.
