Day 2 results - 2021 420 & 470 Eastern Europe Championships
Three new races were added to scores on the second day of competition at the 2021 420 & 470 Eastern Europe Championships in Gizycko, Poland.
Racing started only after 14:00 yesterday when the SW strong winds decreased to 14-16 knots, allowing three new trials to be added to the scores, being 5 now in total as per scheduled after the first two days of competition.
Ludwik Grzelak / Tomasz Lewandowski POL continued to show an impressive performance winning two more races and leading the fleet with 4 points. Rafal Pogorzelski / Filip Fajfer POL are still on second with 9. Agnieszka Pawlowska / Dominika Olowiak POL are now third overall with 14, displacing Jeremi Dabrowski / Mikolaj Bazyli POL to the fourth place, only one point behind them.
The 470 championship is still in hands of Tetiana Lepsha / Yehor Samarin UKR with 4 points, followed now by Seweryn Wysokinski / Bartosz Reiter POL with 10. Zofia Korsak / Julian Gloeh POL are third with 12.
3 new races are scheduled for today, with the first warning signal at 12:00. 470's will start first.
