Dibb & Cox and Vose & Brickwood are UK Winter Champions
Craig Dibb & Charlie Cox won the UK Winter Championships at held at Datchet Water SC, taking wins in three of the six races and giving themselves a 9 point lead to set their team selection campaign off to a great start.
Craig Dibb & Charlie Cox won the UK Winter Championships at held at Datchet Water SC, taking wins in three of the six races and giving themselves a 9 point lead to set their team selection campaign off to a great start. Tarra Gill-Taylor & Christian Townrow were 2nd and Annabel Vose & Megan Brickwood, the 2011 Ladies’ World Champions, took 3rd. The 36 GBR boats were joined by four from Ireland, and Emma Geary & Niamh Connolly led them to 13th overall, having, we understand, conceded a 2nd place in R5 to Messrs Gratton & Riley! The next event in the team selection series is being held at Poole YC next weekend.
