All the participants sailed today for the first time at 15:00 hours in the practice race. More than 50 support boats and a large team were ready to start the event.

Jorge Carballo says: “All the participants sailed today for the first time at 15:00 hours in the practice race. More than 50 support boats and a large team were ready to start the event. Competitors sailed with steady north-easterly winds at a speed of between 7 and 8 knots, on a slightly wavy sea. The Ladies’ Class sailed in Area “Alpha” from the Cathedral area towards the harbour area, whilst the Men and Mixed crews sailed in Area “Bravo”, from the Cathedral area towards the San Crist
