Today’s scheduled races have all been cancelled due to extremely strong winds around 30 knots.

News on Event Blog: “Today’s scheduled races have all been cancelled due to extremely strong winds around 30 knots. Two races are scheduled across each of the seven events for tomorrow, with much lighter and shiftier winds expected. The Race Committee will try and make up today’s cancelled races after the lay day (14 July) when better seabreeze conditions are forecast”.

and Facebook: “The racing has been cancelled for the day, with two races still scheduled for tomorrow. The wind is still gusting 30 knots out on the race courses. Weather for tomorrow looks light, but the race committee will do their best to get the racing in”.
