SAILORS AND COACHES IMPROVE STARTING AND RACE STRATEGY ON DAY 4 OF AUSTRALIAN CLINIC
Day 4 at the 420 Class Coaches and Sailors Clinic in Adelaide, Australia was all about mastering race success.
420 Head Coach Michalis Mileos (GRE) opened the day with class room lectures on starting and race strategy before sailors and coaches took to the water for some race training. Warming up with some exercises, teams then moved into trying out their skills in some mini-races.
