Spain dominates leaderboard at 420 Team Racing Worlds
The Spanish Team dominate the 420 World Team Racing. The team of notable young sailors - Clara Clabres Rival, Maria Bever, Albert Torres, Antoni Massanet Ramis, Marc Cladc Duran and Javi Gozales Rotger - control the leaderboard with a score of 11 wins from 12 races.
Behind Spain are Great Britain 1 and Portugal with 7 victories each.
The last place available for the semi-final will be decided by the “derby” between Italy 1 and Italy two.
After the strong wind “Peler” from the north in the morning, teams completed three race before lunch break and almost all the second round robin. Just two race are left on Saturday, as the wind conditions made it impossible to complete the program today. This could be the final results if no more round robin races are made.
