Spanish 420 champions Garcia / Ripoll won Semana Abanca in Vigo
One week after winning the 2020 Spanish 420 National championship in Cadiz, the sailing team formed by Jacobo Garcia and Antoni Ripoll won Abanca's Week 2020 in Vigo, Spain.
The 420 sailors Jacobo García and Toni Ripoll of Real Club Náutico de Sanxenxo were proclaimed winners of Concello de Vigo 420 Class Trophy this Sunday, held within the fourth act of the Abanca Week, organized by Club Marítimo de Canido, with the support of Club Marítimo de Vigo and Real Federación Gallega de Vela.
First 420 class positions were the following:
1st Jacobo García-Antoni Ripoll (RCN Sanxenxo), 4 points
2nd Yago Barca-Diego Peleteiro (RCN Sanxenxo), 7
3rd Paula Rocha-Sofía Martínez (RCN Sanxenxo), 8
4th Africa Alonso-María Pérez Canal (RCN Vigo), 15
5th Mario Soares-Ricardo Fernández (CMC-RCNV), 15
