Stanley & Macgregor lead GBRs 420 Youth(ful) Women
Imogen Stanley & Kate Macgregor have built a pretty massive lead in the women’s competition at the GBR (RYA) Youth Championships at Pwllheli Sailing Club in Wales – what we might expect from the bronze winners at last year’s Junior Europeans. Meanwhile, there is a tussle among the men, with Ben Saxton & David de Boltz leading over the first two days of racing and Owain Matthews & Tim Saxton just 4 points behind. Phil Sparks & Ben Gratton, James Rusden & Joe Williams, Stanley & Macgregor and Peter Irwin & David Kohler (Scotland) are all within 2 points of each other and in contention. Two more days’ sailing if the wind behaves better than it did on Tuesday!
