1st Myanmar and Southeast of Asia Coaches and Sailors Clinic
With the support of the Myanmar Yachting Federation, the 420 Class will organize the 1st Myanmar and Southeast of Asia Coaches and Sailors Clinic from 7-11 September at the Yangon Yacht Club.
Head coach will be the well-known Nikos Drougkas (GRE) who has worked with the 420 Class producing our training material “420 to the Max” and the “420 Exercise e-Book” of performance improvement exercises.
