420 Coach required in Hungary
The Kereked Sailing Club is looking to appoint an experienced 420 Coach to prepare their junior club teams for the 2016 420 European Championships in August 2016 and the 420 National Championships in September 2016.

Kereked Sailing Club is based out of Lake Balaton, at Csopak Hungary. Our Club has a fleet of six 420 boats (team of twelve junior sailors).
Lake Balaton will host the 2016 Junior 420/470 European Championships from 29 July-6 August, followed by the Nationals in September, where we also plan to participate.
In preparation for the Europeans in August, and the Nationals in September our Club is looking for a 420 coach for a 70-100 day training and racing program starting from May and lasting till September involving local (Lake Balaton based) and regional sailing program (Neusiedler See) as part of the Sail Centrope Series.
Your Task:
- Training and coaching of six 420 junior club teams at Lakes Balaton and Neusiedler;
- Up to 70-100 day coaching between May and mid-September;
- Supporting logistics;
- Cooperation with Club Youth Program Management.
We expect:
- Track record of coaching teen aged youth sailors;
- Class know-how of the 420 class;
- License for coach boat driving;
- English speaking an advantage;
