Day 4 - 2021 Coaches and Sailors Clinic in Sattahip, Thailand

Today has been the 4th day of the coaches and sailors clinic in Sattahip, Thailand.
Early in the morning, started the sessions on the classroom, recovering some subjects of the day before, then come to the table the always interesting “cake recipe”, which means the technics for boat tuning.
The majority of this subject has been covered on the boats at the park with all the sailors and coaches taking notes.
In the afternoon the group has been practicing all the skills acquired so far.
Now we are arriving to an end and so, tomorrow will be the fifth and last day of the clinic.
