Hong Kong Race Week Knocked by Strong Breeze

Hong Kong Race Week came to a close in some strong breeze gusting up to 35 knots, in a variable week of racing which saw everything from 1-35 knots, over the four scheduled race days from 18-21 February 2016.

A tussle to the end in the nine-boat 420 fleet with just one point separating Tse Fung Wilson Yun/Chung Man Kam ahead of Yam Wang/Wong Ngai.

Tse Fung Wilson Yun/Chung Man Kam had held the advantage all week, despite a setback of being forced to retire from 3 of the 4 races on the opening day. They bounced back to win all three races on race day 2, and continued their pace into race day 3 with a 2,2,1.
