Mirroring the first day, the fourth and final day of racing was called off due to the persistent haze. Organized by the Singapore Sailing Federation, the four-day event saw a diverse mix of classes: Optimist, Byte, Laser Radial, Laser 4.7, 420, RSX and Bic Techno.

The event opened on Day 1 with anticipation but not without apprehension as the PSI reading climbed above 100. In the face of unfavourable weather conditions arising from the thick haze, the race had to be called off. Fortunately, Day 2 and 3 managed a total of four races across the various classes.

Loh Jia Yi/Matthew Scott Lau Wen Jiang sealed a convincing win, counting 3 wins from the 4 race series, and upgraded on their second place finish from NSC Cup Series 1. Second to Elisa Yukie Yokoyama/Cheryl Teo, with Ryan Teo Yee Kang/Joel Neo Jiun Hao in third to match their finish from Series 1.

With the conclusion of NSC Cup Series 2, the next event will be the NSC Cup Series 3 from 20-22 November.
