Windy sailing was what day 3 was all about.
A very windy day for all was the third day of racing here in Brazil. Two more races for each fleet were held with racing starting again on time first with the blue fleet, continuing with Women’s fleet and closing up the starting sequence with the yellow fleet. The more experienced crews didn’t miss the chance of establishing them on today’s first places.
Men / Mixed
The New Zealand team of Leith and Ferrissey continued their daily climbing, reaching the peak of today’s results, standing first after a 17th (Discarted) and a bullet today. Freitas and Beck find themselves in second after a fourth and a ninth place in today’s racing while the Portuguese crew of Ramos and De Oliveira Rodriguez is sitting in third.
A solid windy day for Steinlein and Adolph, scoring a bullet and a second and climbing into third place. Kerkezou - Giannouli are sitting still in first having a UFD on the first race of the day and followed by a second place while the Laiseca Bueno sisters climbed one place from yesterday, sitting in second.
