Cian O'Regan & Scott Flanigan have won the Irish (ISA) Curradinghy Youth Championships at the Fasnet Marine Outdoor Education Centre, Schull, Co Cork. Jane Butler & Jenny Andreasson, the leading women’s team, were 2nd.

Pirouelle & Sipan and L'her & Lauras lead after 5 at La Rochelle

Guillaume Pirouelle & Valentin Sipan and Etienne L'her & Hugo Lauras led the two flights sailing in the Coupe d’automne qualifying series at La Rochelle after five races. Yvann Thelier & Guillaume Holin and Martin Aumont & Paul Dadvisard are in 2nd, while Tim Gratton & Ed Riley (GBR) and Jeanne Courtois & Enora Roic are in 3rd.

L'her & Lauras take the lead into the final day at La Rochelle

Etienne L'her & Hugo Lauras of Brest, with a 2-1-3 on Saturday, took a 7 point lead into the final day at the Coupe Nationale d’automne at Société des Régates Rochelaises. Informally, we hear that they ‘sailed three races in a building breeze, 15-20knts, short chop and southerly swell. Another fine day with blue sky after heavy overnight rain'.

L'her & Lauras win the Coupe Nationale d’Automne at La Rochelle

Etienne L'her & Hugo Lauras of Brest, led to the end to win at the Société des Régates Rochelaises. Guillaume Pirouelle & Valentin Sipan of SNP Havre had to discard a 28th in te penultimate race and so to make do with 2nd overall. The GBR team, Mike Wood of Draycote Water SC & Hermione Stanley of Oxford SC continued to strengthen their position through the event and, with a bullet in the penultimate race, took 3rd overall. Yvann Thelier & Guillaume Holin were 4th and Tim Gratton & Ed Riley (GBR).
