Swiss Teams Announced for 420 Worlds and 420 Junior Europeans

After a series of selection events, the Swiss 420 Class Association has confirmed the teams who will represent Switzerland at the 2016 420 World Championships and 2016 420 Junior European Championships.

Taking place from 15-23 July 2016, in Sanremo, Italy, the 420 Class World Championships will feature the world’s top sailing talent in three divisions: open and women, which have not age limit, and the under-17 fleet. Switzerland’s team will be:

Taking place from 29 July-5 August 2016, in Balatonfüred, Hungary, the 420 Class Junior European Championships is aimed at 420 sailors under the age of 19 years in the age of the Championship, with two fleets, one for under 19 and one for under 17.  Switzerland’s team will be:
